On this part of the site, you can find more information about the different training Aloha offers and some information about the training times and the trainers.

Do you have questions about triathlon, material, nutrition and technics? Feel free to join on a training or ask a question via the mail. You can also check the website of the NTB (dutch triathlon association).

Trainings

Swimming Aloha offers two swimming trainings per week. On Wednesday evening there is a training that focusses on improving your technique.
