Come and train with Aloha. Swimming, cycling and running... try them all to get in a good physical shape and to have a wonderful time when you're not training.
Interested in triathlon or combined endurance sports. Come and train with us for a week without any obligations.
Monday from 19:30 till 20:30h and from 20:30 till 21:30h for swimming (Inside Swimming Pool UT);
Tuesday from 20:00 till 21:30h fur running (endurance) (departure from Ingang Zuid sports centre)
Wednesday from 20:30 till 22:00h for running (interval) (sports centre/Sintelbaan)
Thursday from 18:00 till 20:00h for cycling (starts again at the end of March)
and
Friday from 20:30 till 22:00h for swimming (Inside Swimming Pool UT).

UT Triathlon Course 2011
Have you always wanted to do a triathlon? Or are you just looking for a challenge? Subscibe now for our UT Triathlon Course! In ten weeks you will train for the participation in the UT Triathlon here at the Twente University. You will participate in the 1/8th triathlon which is 500m swimming, 20K cycling and 5K running.
By training with Aloha for 10 weeks, training on transitions from swimming to cycling and cycling to running, you will be well prepared at the start of the race. Next to all this training you will also get a lot of information of, for example, how to prepare for a triathlon, what to drink and to eat, which clothing to wear and everything you want to know!
Everybody can train at his own level; from absolute beginner through experienced cyclist, runner or swimmer who can't run, swim and/or cycle. This will all be beared in mind. If you don't have a bicycle, you can borrow one from us for training and also the race!
The UT Triathlon Course starts at Monday the 7th of March and on Wednesday the 2nd of March there is an information evening (start 19.30h in Meeting Room 5, Bastille) for all of those who are interested in the course (students and employees of the UT and Saxion). Please let us know if you're coming.

Duration: 10 weeks
Costs: 15 euros incl. subscription triathlon
Goal: 1/8th triathlon of the UT Triathlon on May 15th
Subscribing for the course is possible by sending an e-mail to uttcursus@alohatriathlon.nl containing your name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, study, experiences in sports, expectations and possible remarks. If you're not sure you want to participate, but want to wait for the info-evening, you can also send a message via this e-mail address. So we know how many people we can expect.
