During the first two weeks of September we are offering introduction trainings! This means you can participate in the Aloha trainings completely free and without obligations.
Our training schedule will be as follows:
- Tuesday September 3rd & 10th: cycling training (for experienced cyclists) – 18:00 – ca. 20:00, depart at the sports centre stairs. Requirements: racing bike and helmet
- Wednesday September 4th & 11th: swimming training – 20:00 – 21:00, UT outdoor pool. Requirements: swimming wear (and swimming goggles if you have these)
- Thursday September 5th & 12th: running training – 19:30 – 21:00, UTrack. Requirements: running shoes and sports clothes.
In case you have no experience on a racing bike, but you would like to try it out some time, we have beginner trainings again in March. Around that time we will also have a triathlon course, where you will train to become a triathlete in 10 weeks!
