Code of Conduct
The code of conduct defines the standards of behaviour expected within D.S.T.V. Aloha. The document has been developed using rephrased safety regulations from the association’s internal regulations (HR, Article 17: Safety), as well as best practices and guidelines provided by NOC*NSF, the NTB, and other sports associations. The main goal of this document is to increase the accessibility of the regulations for all members of the association. This way, all members are aware of what is expected of them, and which behaviour is desired.
The code of conduct can be found here.
Still, undesired or inappropriate behaviour might occur. It is important for members and the board to know how to act when they experience inappropriate behaviour. For this reason, a reporting procedure for inappropriate behaviour is added to the social safety policy.
Reporting Procedure for Inappropriate Behaviour
For the reporting procedure for inappropriate behaviour, a decision tree has been established. This document outlines the available steps and reporting lines. This way, members are aware of the procedure that will be followed in the case of inappropriate behaviour, and involved members know how to respond.
The code of conduct and reporting procedure for inappropriate behaviour were approved during the general assembly on March 9th 2026.
