On Thursday evenings the interval training is on the cinder track of the University of Twente. Here, under the guidance of an experienced trainer, attention is paid to running training, running technique and speed. This training is suitable for all levels because you run the intervals at your own pace.

Often there is also an endurance run organized by member initiatives, for example in preparation for the Enschede Marathon, or the Seven Hills Run.
