At Aloha you can swim several times a week. Wednesday evening is the technique training, where a swim coach works on swimming technique. Beginning swimmers learn the breast crawl technique in a separate lane. Later they move on to the other lanes. On Monday or Friday evening is the endurance training where endurance can be worked on. From October to May we swim in the indoor pool. Because the indoor pool is smaller, training on Wednesdays is split into three levels. There is also endurance training on Friday evenings.
